The firm was formed in August, 2011 by Spencer Desai, Rob Eggmann and Ryan Mason. The three have over 50 combined years of experience in debtor-creditor relations and bankruptcy. The goal when the firm was founded was to create a bankruptcy boutique with the experience, skill and sophistication to rival the departments of the nation's leading large firms, but with a level of efficiency and cost-effectiveness that large firms seldom provide.
