Danielle Suberi is an associate with the law firm of Desai Eggmann Mason LLC. She represents a wide variety of clients including individual debtors, bankruptcy trustees, businesses and small business owners. She regularly handles all aspects of complex bankruptcy filings under Chapters 7, 13 and 11, loan workouts and other matters related to debtors’ and creditors’ rights in state and federal jurisdictions.
